​​​​​The Role of the Board

The Board is responsible for all decision-making and strategic planning of the Terrell L. Bruce Memorial Fund.  The Board ensures the Fund's prosperity by collectively directing the Fund's mission, and expansion thereof, if necessary, while staying committed to the legacies of Nate and Terrell by pursuing the causes and passions that both supported during their lifetime.  The Board members also provides foresight, oversight, and insight concerning the yearly agenda of the Fund.​
