​Purpose of the Council

The Advisory Council is a volunteer committee for the Terrell L. Bruce Memorial Fund composed of some of Philadelphia's most outstanding young professionals who spend their time and energy brainstorming and devising creative ideas to keep Terrell's spirit alive in the community to preserve and honor his legacy of community service and selflessness.

Term Limits

The Advisory Council members serve an annual term at the discretion of the founder of the Terrell L. Bruce Memorial Fund, Brandon S. Bruce, during which time they meet to propose and execute events throughout the city of Philadelphia to commemorate Terrell's life and his passion for helping others.
